In partnership with Its Nice That and The Conran Shop, I reimagined a design classic from The Conran Shop’s AW22 collection. Exploring how physical objects translate into the digital realm, presenting Lucy Kurrien’s Bibendum Lounge Chair with a material transformation from fabric to icy texture, embracing its adaptability in an uncanny landscape. The animation was featured in the Meet Me in the Metaverse immersive installation, which took over The Conran Shop’s Chelsea store during London Design Week. The visuals were presented at the 2022 London Design Festival as part of the Meet Me In The Metaverse initiative.
